Many Levels of Integration

This model provides integration of past experiences with present reality creating a transformed future. It integrates the right and left hemispheres of the brain--balancing body mind and spirit. It integrates psychotherapy, healthcare and addiction recovery with shamanic and metaphysical principles, complimenting psychotherapy and augmenting 12 Step Recovery.

Hypnotherapy's Sphere of Influence

Hypnosis Directly Interacts with all physiological, mental and emotional systems influencing both the cause and effect levels. Following is a partial list of processes that can be positively affected in hypnosis.

Integrative Hypnotherapy accesses the conscious mind, the sub-conscious mind, the unconscious mind and the higher conscious mind creating new levels of awareness. It is as organic to the human as eyes and ears.

Integrative Hypnotherapy Involves:

  1. Conscious mind - Where day-to-day activities are conducted.
  2. Subconscious mind - Where conditioning and patterning exist that we may not be aware of.
  3. Unconscious mind - Where bodily functions are conducted.
  4. Higher conscious mind - Syntheses of the three previous states of mind, sometime called wise mind or the Inner Healer. It has the big picture.

Integrative Hypnotherapy Addresses:

  1. Anxiety - By accessing the parasympathetic nervous system the relaxation side of the cycle where healing happens and client experiences renewal.
  2. Depression - In the relaxed state, serotonin and other "feel good" chemicals are increased and the body is allowed to regenerate.
  3. Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - Hypnosis uses state dependent memory, learning and behavior to connect to the origins of trauma--not re-entering the trauma state, but experiencing it as memory. A reactivated memory is still "alive" in the subconscious mind. Using active imagination it is possible take the original injury to a different outcome.
  4. Family of Origin - Family saga can be re-scripted and completed, broken relationships can be resolved a new narrative can be written and lived.
  5. Healing the Inner Child - Using a variety of techniques from regression to soul retrieval to Re-conception- one can recover from child abuse and regain lost joy.
